In the first photo (#38) a group of men (some in shirt/tie, others in work attire, all wearing hats) and tow young boys are shown behind pipe. K of sign on building behind, which also seems to be in some stage of construction. Thompson Wall Paper & Paint Store in background on left. Second photo (#39) is of pipe only.
