Shadow box from the Shadow Box Room. Parlor Scene - the Gentleman Caller. A - Box 18 1/2" long, 11" tall, 11 1/2" wide. Interior, wallpaper scene with with gold chair rail, green carpet, 4 candle chandelier, 2 windows with pink drapes. Unattached items: B - pink cushioned fainting couch daybed, wood trim painted gold, yellow lumbar cushion. C & D - rose cushioned chairs, wood trim painted gold, beige lumbar cushions. E - gold cushioned hard back chair, wood trim painted gold. F - round wood table with gold cloth floor-length cover. G - 2-stick table candle bra, gold painted metal, with 2 white candles. H - Porcelain female doll, long straight beige dress with tatted lace edging at hem and shoulders, large beige bonnet with tatted lace trim. I - Porcelain male doll, long black coat, gray pants and vest, white shirt with red cravat, mustache, black top hat in one hand, a bunch of flowers in the other, on a stand.
