Sheriff Sale in Favor of Ketty Barkshire Plaintiff and Against Joshua Deer and William Tadlock Defendants, 1864. On the first day of April, 1864 at the Court House door, in the city of St. Joseph, County of Buchanan and state of Missouri between 9 and 5 propose the sale at auction with cash in hand all the rights, title and interest of said defendant to the following described real estate 160 acres of land the southeast quarter of section 8, 160 acres of land the southwest quarter of section 9; 80 acres west side of the southwest quarter of section 19; 120 acres in the northwest quarter of section 20; 20 acres of land in the north east quarter of section 20; 5 acres in the south west quarter of section 20; 75 acres of land part of the north west quarter of section 21; all in township 56 of Range 33, 40 acres of land the west side of the south east quarter of section 14 T. , 56 Range 34
