Show Me Too, State Hospital No. 2 Newsletter, 1957-1962, started in October of 1957.
This first collection of newsletters goes from October 1957 thru December of 1962. They were published monthly with a few months missing here and there.
The name Show Me Too was submitted by a patient & was selected by staff. This paper was initially the work of hospital employees in hope that it would eventually be published by the patients. It contains news items about new programs, entertainment, church news, patient news, an editorial and letter from the superintendents desk. Soon patients began submitting articles and drawings.
