Josephine A. Duncan and John A. Duncan her husband of the county of Jackson and state of Missouri parties of the first part, and Augustus M. Smith of the county of Buchanan Missouri parties of the second part in consideration of one dollar paid by the party of the second part forever quit claim land lying in the county of Buchanan state of Missouri south 1/2 of lot 6 block 9, lot 7 the west 26 1/3 feet of lot 9 and vacates alley between said lot block 22; the west 35 feet of lots 3 and 4 in block 64, lot 1 in block 71 all in Smith's addition. The south 1/2 lot 4 block 49 in the original. Lot 3 and 4, block 111, lot 1 and 2 in block 115, lots 14, 15, 16, and 18 in block 120, lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in block 121, lot 10 in block 123 and lot 8 in block 146 all in South St. Joseph addition to the City of St. Joseph, MO.
