Smith, Frederick W and Jane Deed to Rebecca Tolin, 1861.
This Deed was entered into between Frederick Smith and Jane Smith County of Buchanan and state of Missouri of the first part and Rebecca Tolin of Buchanan of the second part. The said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of $1500 by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged bargained and sold, and by these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, convey unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever certain facts, pieces, or parcels of land, lying and being in the county of Davis and state of Missouri the southeast quarter of southeast quarter section 28. East half of northeast quarter section 32: West half northwest quarter section 33: Southeast quarter of southwest quarter section 28; Northeast quarter of northwest quarter section 33 containing in all 360 acres all in Township 58 of Range 27 Davis County Missouri.
