Quit Claim Deed Caroline Wey to Jane Smith for the sum of $1 a strip of ground 5 feet wide lying immediately East of and adjoining the West 28 and 1/3 feet of lot 7 in block 45 in Smith's addition to the city of St. Joseph, Missouri. Dated January 21, 1896. This deed was made to remove the apparent cloud in a certain deed from Jane Smith to Caroline Wey dated November 25, 1895.
