John Gilzmer December 8, 1866 used lot 3 in block 123 in Smith's Addition, St. Joseph Missouri to secure a promissory note and did default on that note. Buchanan County after advertising the property did sell to the highest bider John Francis Smith for $150 February 5, 1873.
