Smith, Maud Wyeth & Dudely Smith Divorce Records, Nebraska, 1892. c. 30 page record of the divorce proceedings between Maud Wyeth and Dudley Smith. Maud was the daughter of William Wyeth, a St. Joseph hardware merchandiser.
Dudley is bringing suit to end the marriage for abandonment. He claims that Maud refused for a three year period to relocate with him to Omaha where he conducted business, instead remaining in her parents home in St. Joseph. They were married in 1882.
