B) RESOLUTION
That Whereas, It has pleased Divine Providence to remove from
from our midst, Mrs. Jane Spalsbury, the mother of our colleague
from the Fifth Ward, therefore be it resolved that the sympathy
and condolence of this body is hereby extended Alderman Spalsbury
in his sad bereavement and the Clerk is hereby directed to spread
this resolution upon the records of this Council and to furnish a
copy of the same to the family of the deceased.
