Two tax documents: A tri-folded Tax Receipts for O. W. Spalsbury for 1888 on City Treasurer's Office ledger paper and signed by George C.Crowther, Treasurer and dated May 22, 1888. The middle section of the back side is handwritten "City-Tax 1888" A small receipt for O. M. Spalsbury POLL TAX, dated May 22, 1888.
