Handwritten postcard from Lena to Mrs R. D. Denicke, St. Joseph, Mo. Post marked 12.3.69 Sao Paulo Dr Sp., Brasil, postage NC$ 0,30. The front of the card is a colored picture of a waterfall 'Cataratas Do Rio Iguacu Saltos Floriano Deodoro.'Context
This is a beautiful place with the Falls covering 2.8 miles. I can see them from the hotel. It was 95 yesterday but with a good breeze it is not bad in the shade and our hotel is air conditioning. The weather has been fine so far with only one week to go - we certainly have covered a lot of places.
