In the front of the binder there is a brown folder with label Minutes Interdepartment Group 1963-64. This contains miscellaneous papers including copies of the constitution & by-laws, summary of Milton Tootle Survey, minutes from the general administrative discussion group(starting in 1962) & minutes of the interdepartmental group meetings from Oct. 1963 thru Dec.2,1964.
There are several loose papers in the binder with minutes of the museum committee & minutes of the open house committee, one dated 1969. The other loose papers had no year.
