Displayed Steam Locomotives is about the care and maintenance of locomotives on display either indoors or outdoors. After World War II steam locomotives were being replaced by diesel electrics and many of the old locomotives were put on display in parks, etc. The pamphlet is aimed at helping people preserve these locomotives - closing and saleing areas from water, removing anything that absorbs water and cleaning, painting and greasing. Booklet includes a good sketch of a locomotive with all of the parts labeled.
