The Story of the Declaration of Independence reviews the politics and the people leading up to the writing and signing of the Declaration of Independence. It also includes short biographies of the signers such as John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and Ben Franklin. It reviews the early years following the signing and before it found a permanent home.
