Obsolete: Subspecies of the Massagauga, Sistrurus catenatus, in Missouri is a reprint of pages 225-234 of the December 22, 1948 Bulletin of the Chicago Academy of Sciences. It is written to update a prior monograph on rattlesnakes about the region of intergradation of two subspecies, tergeminus and catenatus in Missouri. It also critiques previous reported ranges the authors believe are in error.
