Sutler 25 -28 regular coin

The image features a round brass token with engraved text. The top of the token is inscribed with "SUTLER," followed by the number "25" beneath it. Below this, the text reads "28. REG:" indicating possibly a regiment designation. Further down, the letters "P. V." are visible, and at the bottom, it reads "C. & S." The token appears to be well-worn, hinting at its age, and sits on a light background speckled with small black dots, which provides contrast to the token’s metallic color and highlights its historical significance.
