Swift Employees Representation Plan Inauguration Parade, June 3, 1921, Poster size enlargement of b/w photo of parade held down street in front of Swift Packing Plant. Includes brass band, Large sign held aloft, "Employees Representation. A square deal for all. Treat 'em Right.". Many smaller signs held by participants include. "Division No. 10 represented by Louis Butts"; "Square Deal"; Parade includes a section of women in dresses with aprons and caps covering their hair. Spectators along street and on cattle ramp over street. Poster legend: "Parade Demonstrating the Inauguration of the Swift Employees Representation Plan. By the Employees of Swift & Co., So. St. Joseph, Mo., June 3rd, 1921".
