Notes

Likely from the largetooth (or freshwater) sawfish. Critically endangered due to rostrum being caught in commercial fishing nets. Also overfished due to cultural significance of the rostrum. While this specimen was likely from the Phillipines (collected in the late 1800s to early 1920s) in 2023 there are very few sawfish in that geographical area.
