Erique Taylor County of Bernalillo Territory of New Mexico party of the first part and John C. Tate party of second part of the County of Jackson, Missouri. That said party of the first part in consideration of the sum on one dollar to him paid by the said party of the second part (the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged) does by these presents, grant, sell, bargain, convey and confirm unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Buchanan Lot 2 in Block 72 and part of lots 2 and 3 in Block 66 in Smith Addition to the city of St. Joseph, Missouri. Also, Lot 8 in Block 109, Lots 14, 15, 16,17, in Block 115. Lots 4 and 5 in Block 119, Lot 8 in Block 120, Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16, and 17 in Block 169: Lots 5,11 and 14 in Block 110. Also Lots 6 in Block 116: Lots1, 2,18, in Block 125. Also, Lot 15 in Block 145. Also Lots 6 and 8 in Block 146. All the lots described above are in South St. Joseph Missouri.
