Taylor as executor of Thomas Dunster estate to Alvois Gawatz who was the highest bidder at the public sale for the sum of $450 the parcel of ground described as the South half of lot 11 in block 52 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Said lot includes the ground and the buildings. Dated April 7, 1855.
