Louis Swope was the last owner of this store.
He made his own polish sausage and it was really really good.
Louis told me he made his sausage using the best ingredients he could locate.
He purchased most of his meats from Nodaway Packing company.
Unfortunately, Mr Swope died unexpectedly and the store was razed.
Louis Swope, his store and his polish sausage is missed by many people.
The lot became a parking lot for the new US Post Office next door.
