She has bobbed hair, is wearing a dark knee-length dress with large skirt ruffles, and white stockings. He is wearing a flat capt that obscures his eyes, a dark 3-piece suit. It is possible they are standing on the east side of 5th Street just below Felix. The top of the Hotel Robidoux is barely visible in the distance.
