This is an autographed copy with this notation by the author on the title page: "For the Saint Joseph, Missouri Museum from a native daughter who still remembers wonderful days at 3133 Penn St. and in Central High as a student and as teacher." The author was a well-traveled person, being a member of the United Airlines' pioneer 100,000 mile club and one of American Airlines' Admirals of the Flagship Fleet.
