Welch, John Contractor Due Compensation From The Estate Of J. Boyles, 1883. Block 1 and 2 in Harper and Middleton Addition needed construction of paving, guttering, macadamizing and cross walks at the intersection of the next adjoining streets 7th and Missouri street. The amount was $14.41 and the charge was assessed as a Special Tax against J. Boyles Estate as the owner of the lot. The amount was paid to John Welch, the contractor. Date December 21, 1883.
