Warranty Deed To Abner Copeland for the sum of $14,000 the northeast quarter of section 35 in township 57 of range 35 containing 160 acres, Also 52 acres more or less in the Southeast quarter of section 26 in township 57 of range 35 described and surveyed as follows, Beginning at a front 20 rods east of the SW corner on the south line of the Southeast quarter of section 26 township 57 of range 35, 70 rods west of SE corner of section ? thence west 70 rods, thence North 118 6/7 rods to center of land between Abner Copeland and Newton Dishon, thence east 70 rods, thence South 118 6/7 rods to the place of beginning, Dated February 15, 1887.
