The Snow White property was sold to Winsteads. Winstead's lasted a year or two, then it was torn down. Walgreens Drugs built a new drug store in its place. In September 1999, Eckards Drugs built a new drug store across Frederick from Walgreens. Eckards closed and new CVS Pharmacy opened in their location.
