Woodson, C, R, M.D. District Medical Society of North-West MO Medical Diploma, June 17, 1875. District Medical Society North West Missouri to whom it may concern. This is to certify that C. R. M. D. having given satisfactory evidence of his good standing as a physician and surgeon as well as of his upright character as a man, has been duly elected a member of the District Medical Society of North-West Missouri and is justly entitled to this certificate of membership. Signed June 17th , 1875.
