Young Columus XII Club Pennants, 1968. The donor, Clark L. Isreal, was one of the winners for this trip provided by the St. Joseph News-Press and The Gazette. Five to six college students went on this trip to Spain and Portugal with a few chaperons. Two pennants made of felt. Black and yellow.
The Young Columbus Club was made up of 453 young men in 1968. These men were involved in managing the News-Press and Gazette newspaper routes. Trip winners were chosen out of this group based on service to customers, sales accomplishments, and over-all route management. Each young man maintained a near perfect service record for a year.
