Jesse James Gun Information 4 documents verifying the authenticity of the Jesse James gun (Revolver, Serial No. 14080) donated by Dr. Robert Conrad. Gun given to father by Attorney Kay. Kay got it from Governor Trey Park (spelling?). Conrad says gun was owned and carried by Jesse James. One of documents is signed by St. Joseph Museum Historian Charles Radcliffe. Says he was with group of kids in 1930 who saw Jesse James house being moved. Gun was found in crawl space. One of adults gave youth $25 for gun. Someone in crowd said man was a doctor.
