4-H at the county fairEntry/Object ID
1988.001.0105Description
This is an 8"h x 10"w black and white photo of 4-H members who walked through the county fairgrounds with banners in front of a float. The banner in the foreground was probably about 4' x 3' of dark material with white letters with the legend "To make the best better 4-H Club Tudor Hall." It was hung on a long pole carried on the left by a young man who looked for all the world like John Bohanon and on the right by a young woman. Behind them was another banner with a white background and dark letters that said "Cackling with 4-H" followed by a large float of a chicken. Several people were watching from the buildings beside the road and there was a line-up of trucks parked in the background.
