Black and white photograph 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w view of All Saints Episcopal Church in Oakley. This white clapboard church has a three tier central tower with a pyramid roof that projects out from the church. A cross surmounts the tower. In the upper tier is a narrow arched opening with louvres. The next tier has a small circular window in the center that is divided into four lights with a tiny central circle. The top of the bottom tier is a the eave line. Immediately below the roof is an arched window with four lights in a half circle around another small half circle over three lights and six lights below that. It looks like a double hung window. Immediately below that is an electric light for the entrance. Below that is a wide transom windo over the double doors, each with a tall rectangular upper panel and a square lower panel. The doorknob is only on one door. There appear to be three steps to the ground. On right side of the tower is a nine over nine window with a dark shutter on the outside edge only. On the left side of the tower is a twelve over nine window with a dark shutter on the outside edge only. Partway back on each side of the building is a small projection with a roof. A thin chimney clears the roof on the left. Verge boards on the front of the gable roof curve slightly where they meet the eave. The eave wraps around to the front and is supported by brackets. There are small circles at the base of the verge boards. There are several large trees around the church, but they are uneven and may have suffered storm damage.
