3 3/8"h x 4 7/8"w color photo of a drawing of the Allen Hotel in its heyday. The colored drawing was in a brown wood frame with a high polish. It showed a large gracious two story white house with green trim and with gable roofs in an L shape. There was a larger than normal window in the peak of the gable end. On the second floor were generous windows with green shutters. There were even larger windows on the first floor. A hipped roof porch covered all of the first floor. The entry door had a four light transom window and a long single light window on the right. There were potted plants around the porch entry, mature trees in the yard, and various shrubs scattered around.
