Sepia print of a woman, Alma Alvey, standing outside in front of a row of cars (four are visible, one may be behind Alma Alvey). The cars are typical styles dating from the 1930s, one is darker in color than the others. Tree foliage is predominant above the cars and the cars appear to be parked on a dirt/grassy lot. The woman has dark hair, which is barely visible underneath her hat. Her hat is light colored and tilted to her right side, there appears to be a decoration on the front of it. She is wearing a light-colored, shin length, long-sleeved coat, which is fastened with three buttons, has a collar, and a pleat in the front. The clothing she is wearing beneath her coat is white (may be a collared shirt or dress). It appears as if she is wearing hosiery darker than her skin tone. On her feet, she appears to be wearing white ghillies, the shoes may have dark heels. She is smiling slightly and her arms hang straight down, allowing her hands to rest at her sides.
