1 folder ; 14 3/4" w x 9 5/8" h Folder 000280. Pieces 1451-1470 No pieces in the folder are numbered. Much of the folder concerns John F. and J. Marshall Dent's administration of John L. Lancaster's estate. There is also a detailed memorandum of the 1878 tobacco crop of John S. Herbert; he must have owed money to someone. There are county tax bills from 1874 to 1877; some are for properties administered as part of the Lancaster estate. There are two sheets listing the hands who worked the harvest for Waterloo, Burlington, and the Pavilion and what they were paid. On the verso of each of the sheets is data on primary elections in the district.
