Folder 000156. Pieces 1471-1490 No pieces in the folder are numbered. Much of the folder concerns John F. Dent's administration of John L. Lancaster's estate. Three sheets are an accounting for John F. Dines, a tenant on the Pavilion farm. One large folded sheet is an assessment of John F. Dent's holdings through April 1889, with additional notes in 1890. Mr. Dent was the treasurer of the glebe tenement building committee. Rev. J. W. Keebler was the minister in 1881. There is a small memo book (5 5/8"h x 3 3/8"w) with entries on some months for miscellaneous expenses and the wheat yield at Burlington, Waterloo, and Pavilion farms. There is an accounting of Mr. Dent's indebtedness to Dr. Blakistone. There are receipts for payment of fire insurance. There is a bill for clothing for R. D. Posey that probably does not belong in this folder.
