The lots of Cobrum Farm are listed and valued. There are lists of the wheat harvest at Waterloo and Pavilion farms. Sometime in the 1900s, W. G. Dent paid for plans for a residence at Oakley. Ida Dent ordered a portrait based on a photograph, but there is no information about the subject of the portrait.
