Pieces 1941-1950 There is more information about the committee of the Taxpayers Convention on the finances of the county and the severe erosion of the tax base. There are drafts of suggestions made for cutting county expenses. One piece says the Committee members were John F. Dent, John C. Herbert, W. L. Thomas, L. W. B. Hutchins, George Thomas, J. M. Brown, and James F. Abel. There is a sheet of accounts of money given to the All Saints Episcopal Church vestry by Ellen Allstan, followed by a list of Rectors who served the parish from 1860 to 1879.
