Lancaster and the guardianship of their niece, Agnes Lancaster and children, George and Lucy by J. Marshall Dent. Agnes Lancaster opted to give up her $60 annual annuity in favor of $150 cash. Mr. Dent submitted accountings to the court for estate administration and as guardian. This folder includes the final accounting for the estate of John L. Lancaster.
