1 folder ; 14 3/4" w x 9 5/8" h Folder 000138. Pieces 1701-1710 Daniel Shanks and his wife sold Oakley farm to J. Marshall Dent in 1881 and George and Lucy Lancaster sold J. Marshall the Trappe Store in 1887. Mary Watkins and Fannie Stone asked John F. Dent [?] to look after the affairs of their mother. John F. Dent died in 1898 and J. Marshall had to sort out his affairs. Ida Dent bought some of the property.
