Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Blair's Purchase. Mr. Fenwick's text: "part of Bushwood Manor. Built circa 1750 and raised two full stories in 1918." This view of the side and back of the house shows the large outside end chimney that is not centered, but is more to the left. The roof has a considerable overhang. There are two large two over two double hung windows on the second floor on the side and one six over six double hung window visible on the first floor. On the back of the house on the second floor are three two over two double hung windows. There is a screened porch on the first floor with a substantial slightly sloped roof. There are pairs of pillars at the front corners and similar single pillars to define the doorway bay. The screen supports are a horizontal row of small rectangles at the top, large vertical rectangles in the middle, and medium sized vertical rectangles at the bottom. The pattern is a little different in the bay with the door. A door and window are dimly visible inside the porch. The porch is supported on brick piers with screens in between to keep out rodents. There are four steps down to the ground.
