1 folder ; One blueprint sheet 22 1/2"h x 28 1/2"w of a neck of land bounded by St. Jerome's Creek on two sides, Malone Bay on a third side and an unidentified road at the narrow side. The property has a single road running from the unnamed county road through woodland and down to the water at the Creek. There is a barn almost in the center of the space and an old house near the water. A tidal lake is shown to the right of the house and there are small marshes on each side of the neck.
