For whatever reason, John Bohanan (1811-1871) was the executor of William F. Benson's estate. By court decree, Benson's land was sold to satisfy the claims of various heirs, both Sanner and Benson. The sale was held June 12, 1859. The auditor submitted a bill for services on November 23, 1863. The only date on this copy of the report is the date of the sale, but this version is a copy and there may have been other dates on the original. The report is badly torn, so it has been separately encapsulated. Please see the description of folder 1966.001.0003 for additional information about the estate and its administration.Collection
