Boys at Saint John's Church in HollywoodEntry/Object ID
1980.001.0352Description
2 1/4"h x 3 1/4"w landscape sepia tone photo of three boys in the yard by St. John's Church in Hollywood. It was a sunny day because the boys were squinting at the camera. They each wore a white blousy shirt and dark short pants and were barefoot. The church entry loomed behind them. The bell tower was a distinctive four sided shape on the gable end. Two of three sets of double doors were visible at the top of the steps with pointed arched windows above. There were narrow pointed arch windows in the sides of the tower and larger ones on the gable end of the sanctuary. On the long side of the sanctuary three pointed arch windows were visible. We have only this scan, not the physical print.
