This is a 14"h x 10 7/8"w color photo on board of Mr. Briscoe. He was standing under some magenta crepe myrtle trees, wearing his signature yellow straw hat with "St. Mary's County" in red ink on any space large enough to have room for it. He had on a white or light gray dress shirt with the top button open. His tie was only loosely tied--dark brown with a rust pattern. He had pens in his pocket.
