Description

This is an 8"h x 10"w black and white photo of Buck Briscoe and a young man going through stacks of correspondence. A piece of one the advertisements created earlier that year is in the stack, so perhaps they are going through letters responding to those ads. They appeared to be very pleased with the result. Buck was wearing his signature straw hat. He appeared to have a terrible burn on his arm. ************************************************* Text on verso: handwritten in red ink "Aug. 27 69"
