3 13/16"h x 4"w muted color photo of the back elevation of Burlington. It was a two and a half story white clapboard house with dark shutters and a gable roof. The roof material may be metal. In the middle of the long axis of the roof there was a large gable at right angles to the main roof. In the roof peak was one narrow central window with an even narrower window on each side. There were shutters. On the second floor were seven large windows with shutters, plus a narrow door that provided access to the porch roof. On the first floor there was a multi bay shed roof screened porch two steps above ground. There were two sets of steps into the porch, one set to a door and the other to an opening in the screening. On the visible gable end there was a single window with shutters near the roof peak and three large windows with shutters on each of the other floors. There was an inside end chimney on the visible gable end and another large chimney in the center of the house. There were trees and lawn around the house.
