This list of taxpayers for 1910 has an aqua paper cover with a title panel. The cover and sheets were fastened at the top with metal fasteners which have been removed. The interior title, at the top of the first page "List of male tax-payers of the several Election Districts of St. Mary's County as taken from the assessment records of said County this day of in the year nineteen hundred and ten." This list was handwritten in dark ink. There are names on one side of a page only in very acceptable handwriting.
