This list of taxpayers for 1919 has two sheets of dull blue paper cover that are somewhat ragged. The covers and sheets were fastened at the top with three metal fasteners which have been removed. There is no interior title. This list was typed for districts 1-5 and handwritten in dark ink for the remaining districts. Five sheets are double length and folded at the top edge, followed by eight single sheets that were probably doubles that were cut. There are names on each side of most sheets.
