Various blank forms that an official would fill out to act as an official form. These include forms for state warrants, calls to explain absences from school, commitments to jail, complaints, recognizance witness forms, vagrant commitment form, a teacher's oath of office, attachment for witness, office oath, appeal bonds, and a form from the Commissioner of Motior Vehicles for a list of fines. None of the forms have been filled out; however, some of them have small handwritten notes. It appears that they all come from the Caroll Record Company, for which an order form and a booklet advertising blank forms are also included in the file. These advertisements include directions on how to order, prices, and an explanation of the purpose of the blanks.Collection
